    NED- POL 2-1
Dutch with a late winner. I saw most of the second half and Poland
looked quite good, even though I understand NED was quite wasteful in
    the second half.

    SVN-DEN 1-1
Erikssen with the feel good goal for the Danes, but Slovenia fights
    back
    to tie it up.

    ENG-SRB:
    52' 1-0

Bellingham with the early goal. Saka, Bellingham and Guehi very good
    for
England, Foden poor, Kane with only two touches in the whole first half
(one was the kickoff). But Serbia is getting back into it, could we be
    in for an upset?

England definitely Italying right now, but I think they'll weather this,
get a second, and put the game to sleep.

They seemed to have regained a bit of composure after Gallagher came in
for Alexander-Arnold. Also, Serbia seems to have tired a bit.

For what it's worth, I like the red hue of Serbia's jersey. Not quite
maroon, but a darker shade of red than your boring
    Denmark/Switzerland/Spain red.

In the meantime, Kane hits the crossbar with a close-range header. Great
save by the keeper, to be fair.

Vlahovic in his first contribution of a pretty dreadful match forces
Pickford into a fingertip save. On the ensuing corner, Kane sorta clears
    it off the line.

If Ingerlund bungle this, there will be a national meltdown in the
    English press

And they hang on for the 1-0 win . I don't think Southgate will enjoy
reading the English press in the next few days

The lack of midfield control against a team as
pedestrian as Serbia appears indeed to be worrying.

    Ciao,
