The new format has already been used to assign
*last season’s* European spots, so if you’re happy
with the previous edition you don’t need to change
anything?
It’s true that most people would have expected the
EPL to be among the top 2 leagues in the UEFA
1-year-ranking, but as we now know that wasn’t the
case and the fifth CL spot went to Germany and Italy
instead.
If that’s going to be different this season is
anybody’s guess.
