• PXG clubs...just amazing

From Irving S@21:1/5 to All on Sun Mar 27 16:58:06 2022
I have talked about these clubs before. I am totally sold on them. They advertise "sweet spots the size of Texas", well pretty close.

They are the most forgiving clubs I have ever hit period. I owe it to the clubs themselves, and the incredible fitting process they put you through. A lot of golf is psychological, and having trust in your equipment makes a huge difference. Knowing
that even if the swing is not perfect, you will get a half decent result.

I have tried them all, every OEM know to man, and I cannot speak highly enough about these guys. The Generation 5 line is coming out shortly, won't make a purchase, but they look beyond sharp. GIve it a look if you are in the market for new clubs.

How many rounds have you played with them?

Eleven rounds. The star of the set is the driver. I know that clubs have to conform to certain standards, but the face feels hotter than any driver I have ever hit. The forgiviness high or low om the face is amazing. It really makes golf fun,
you trust the equipment, you play better, so much is in the "head". The irons are great, but I would say that the stars are the wedges. The distance control is just amazing. Won't say aim and shoot, I am not at that level, but never been closer to
    so many flags.

Best round for nine so far is 41, Best round for 18 is 79.

I will not say that these clubs are better than others, I think they are all pretty forgiving and maxed out distance wise. I think where PXG excels is the fitting process. You just don't walk in and leave with a set. The number of shafts and clubhead
combinations you see in the fitting area is mind boggling. Really high tech, you get all the numbers like spin, launch, smash factor, etc. They are really patient, you try combo after combo till everyone agrees that they got it right. I actually was
lucky to have two guys fit me, and the were just as excited as me when we got the numbers we were looking for. And when I left, they assured me if the clubs needed tweaking or the fitting was off, just to bring them back, I think it was a 30 day window.

My sons birthday is next week. He plays a set of second hand Cobras, I am going to get him fit as a present. Lucky for me, he loves the game, and hangs out at the club more than I do. Sure beats sitting home playing video games and watching porn, like
a lot of clods his age.

Hey Fool, you CAN'T join Mensa by "presenting" your IQ test results - you
HAVE to take THEIR test, ...

    False, according to Mensa:

"To qualify for Mensa, you must have scored in the top 2 percent of the general
population on any one of more than 200 accepted, standardized intelligence tests
    — including our Mensa Admission tests — at any point in your life."

    Then it was:
"you HAVE to take THEIR test"
    And you're wrong again!

Hey Fool, we KNOW that they won't accept YOU!!!!
Actually, I'm pretty sure they would if I chose to be tested.

    :-)

LOL! And you were "pretty sure" that Lyin' Biden would be a SCREAMING SUCCESS!!!!!
    Really?

    Where did I say that?

Implied in your MANY anti-Trump posts...

    Nope. I already get it.

You inferred that because I've said Trump is awful (he is) that Biden is wonderful.
