For the price of a studio in this disgusting crowded expensive city, you get a 2500 square foot home with land where I live. Or many places in the US.

Fuck Canada. Expensive, high taxes, shit weather. The PM a class A prick, the sight of him makes me want to vomit. You pricks showed your true colors with the lockdowns, mandates, and the way you treated those truckers. This country is going down, it
it inevitable, The US will be changing soon for the better as the shit goes out, and MAGA comes in. Canada will get everything it deserves.

But in the meantime, those fucking prices of homes. Fucking incredible.

A studio over $500 K. Are these people nuts. Bet my 2 car garage and is bigger than some of these "studios" .

Just love the term studio. Just like they call an apartment a condo. Bottom line, crowded, with no land, living on top of other people. you can have it. Don't know on anyone that ever said they wanted to move to Canada. NEVER. And please, you loons
stay there. We have enough progressive shit to deal with.

The same goes for NJ. This one built in 1950, next door to the Lyin' Asshole, goes for $500k and is only 1200 sqft:

By comparison, our daughter is building a brand new house in Kennewick, over 2000 sqft, for $584k.

    Classical “location, location, location”.

FYI, Tommy should have looked at the house on the other side, as it sold
    for ~$600K two years ago.

And insofar as Kennewick,WA, sounds like the daughter may not be aligned well with the local market? Because 2200 ft too, but price just cut to be asking $450K:

    <https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/2821-W-Grand-Ronde-Ave-Kennewick-WA-99336/85953980_zpid/>

Plus there’s still lCovid stupid” prices on the market. One friend was telling me this
past spring about how $800K houses nea them were re-listed overnight for $1.2M.

Your idiot goverment let hundreds of thousands of Asians in and they had a lot of money and gobbled up tons of your real estate. I have been to Vancouver, it looks like downtown Hong Kong.

Nothing left for the locals, and young people moving out. It is unaffordable and your wages and taxes stink to what many of us pay in the US. Tons of homeless. Walking downtown, scumbag after scumbag sleeping on cardboard,

What you call an apartment, is just a condo. Fo what you Canadian clowns pay, a lot of us could buy 5 condos, or 3 single family homes with land. And what you call a studio, that is just a room with a bathroom and a kitchen. What a way to live. Most
of our garages are bigger than what you clowns call a "Studio". LOL!

    Hysterical.

As usual Alan lies by omitting key information that does not support his narrative. It's a lot more complicated than "people want to live here". As in supply factors and fiscal/monetary policy can have price effects.

I have been to that city and seen it with my own eyes. At one time, what a place it must have been. No more. The cost of living in shocking. The homelessness is shocking. Down every major street, you see human trash sleeping on the sidewalks. When
they wake up, they leave their cardboard beds behind. They are everywhere, a plague. The smell of urine and poop is incessant. This is what you get from liberal government. Practically every major city in the US and Canada are run by liberals, and
the results speak for themselves. I say well deserved. I live far enough from all this crap, it is just theater. Let it all go to hell, they did this to themselves.

Vancouver is a dumping ground for Canada's homeless. Disgusting what that place has become. The liberal degenerates running that rat hole do not have the will to do anything but enable this human vermin. They are everywhere. And in all fairness,
look at Portland, SF, NYC, etc, all overrun with this plague, by design.

As well as how there's invariably exeptions; case in point:

"Most Texans Pay More In Taxes Than Californians"

"Texas Republicans have long warned of the ‘California-zation’ of Texas. But
a recent post on Reddit’s main economic forum included a 2018 graphic that shows most Texans pay more taxes than Californians. It’s one of the most highly-rated recent posts and has thus far generated 569 comments."
