    FYI, it IS NOT the "Milford Act" - it IS the "Mulford Act." The Black Panthers excelled at intimidating people, which resulted in the Mulford Act. I have explained before that people have an irrational fear of weapons, even if they are legally carried.
    Even though it is legal for me to open carry, I don't and have gone to the considerable expense and bother of getting concealed carry permits in a broad number of states (but not CA, where it is practically impossible to get such a permit and, thanks to
    the Black Panthers, you can't open carry either).
