    My nephew lives in Katy which is just to the west of Houston. He and his family are not affected. Here is what he has to say.

    "No, we are on a separate water supply. Seems like a bad system if problems at one plant affect the supply for a whole huge city."

    My point about the bicycle lanes. Why such fiddling when Rome is burning? Every metro transit system I know of has racks for bicycles on their busses. All their resources should be devoted to clearing up this problem with their water system.
