    Have you tried iDealshare VideoGo which can convert WRF to other video format like convert WRF to WMV, WRF to MP4, WRF to AVI, WRF to MOV, WRF to 3GP, WRF to MPG etc.

    The WebEx built-in wrf to mp4 converter is a little bit difficult becuase that asks me for a kind of password i still do not know until now. Then I figure out the only way is to use WebEx Recording Editor to convert it to WMV first and then use other
    software to change the WMV file to MP4. I found http://www.videoconverterfactory.com/tips/wrf-to-mp4.html on internet i think you can get some information from it
