Yes, I bought a video tape "Tracking Made Easy by Outlook Communications", so every year Shawn tells me how to track my dish. I don't think I have seen an easier explanation on how to track your dish.

How I used to look forward to his weekly show. What night was it on? Oh, how he despised GI. And he had that little "scrambled" portion at the beginning of his show. I heard he died falling off the roof of a house installing a dish.

And who was the other guy from Minnesota who had a similar format show. Sold TVRO accessories. Burly guy.

I miss the glory days of C-band. I've since moved on to DSS, but I do miss certain things about C-band.

    yeah C-band was free

True, in earlier days, but equipment costs were out of sight.

1st generation dishes must have been invented via NASA, and a setup
might have cost around 10 grand in those days, which in today's cost,
if adjusted for inflation, would be thru the roof.

Even if it was "free" today, most all consumers could not afford a BUD
setup. Why, because they are so "poor," they can only afford a "free" celphone, or a "free" DBS dish:-)
