Can this be fixed? Some group has taken over and is engaging in conversation in an unknown language/text.

I haven't done it myself, but folks on comp.lang.c were
successful. I suspect you need to read the message using
google groups (rather than using a NNPT client) and there
will likely be a report spam button somewhere to push.

I just spent 10 minutes looking for any sort of google groups
reporting page - to no avail - they only seem interested in
criminal behaviour or child abuse or porn ..
The info that I could find just sends one around & around to
the same useless pages.
