I haven't the values for the North pole sunrise, but as the Sun turns out of sight for 6 months at the South pole latitude, it comes into view at the North polar latitude for the next 6 months.
The net daily rotation velocities at both poles is zero, hence the symmetry of effects where the Sun either comes into view or turns out of sight is a property of the orbital motion of our planet.

Although I only visit that conformation of two rotations acting in combination to cause the seasons around the equinoxes, it remains as lovely as all those years ago when I got the briefest glimpse of the resolution on one Saturday afternoon.
