    A more immediate concern is the proliferation of LED bulbs and special LED fixtures designed to vomit out as much light as possible into as many unlit outdoor spaces as possible.

    I am not sure why a neighbor down the road wants to light up the entire hood.

    You can't shoot down a satellite. All you can do is turn it into a
