The balloon that floated over the USA was not Chinese.

It was owned by the US military and very expensive. This is why they did
not immediately shoot it down.

It was a satellite. The decision to shoot one of these satellite
balloons down only comes when the rulers find it too risky or impossible
to recover with a tether.

What people fail to grasp is that all 'satellites' are high-altitude
balloons with radio arrays and solar charging panels. NASA is the
world's #1 consumer of helium gas. They manage a massive program
launching and recovering these high altitude balloons daily. They are
managing thousands of these balloons all over the world. Balloons is
what provides satellite communications and GPS.

The giant radio observatories with many 'satellite' dishes are just
radio repeaters for the network. They are not scanning for signals from
distant worlds. The rulers know there are no distant worlds. But by
convincing you of that, you believe you are just an animal instead of a creature made by an all-powerful being. So instead of seeking the
all-powerful being, you worship the government and its fake science
priests. This keeps them in power. They want to be in power because they
hate you. They are very racist. They consider all other peoples inferior
to themselves. They will never admit this. Instead they pay actors and agitators to convince you and me to be racist to each other. United we
stand. Divided we fall to the rulers.

There is no such thing as a hyper-speed satellite orbiting the earth in
'outer space.' It is not possible to navigate a rocket above about 34
miles or 180,000 feet. This is also the maximum elevation for gigantic
helium satellite balloons. Balloons cannot float any higher.

The atmosphere is so thin, and the electrical resistance of the
ionosphere so intense, that no metallic object using thrust can get much
higher than 180,000 feet and stay there. Once the parabolic downward arc
of a rocket starts at this elevation there is no way to turn the rocket
around and point it back upward. This is what was repeatedly witnessed
with the space shuttle launches.

All your GPS is based on land towers and these bus-sized balloons 30
miles above the earth. There are no solid metal or rocket-propelled
satellites. SpaceX is a monumental fraud. It is impossible to put a
satellite on a rocket and launch it into orbit. Only balloons can orbit
the earth, and even they must be constantly recovered and recharged with helium.

The Chinese rulers and the USA rulers are in cahoots. All the rulers
have always been in cahoots to rule you. Every lie and science-fiction
fantasy they tell you is agreed upon by the rulers. Every war is
planned. Every genocide is approved by the hidden rulers. The fake space program is universal as a means of psychological control. You are
nothing to them but a cow.

No space probes have ever gone out into the 'solar system.' No probes
landed on Mars. All the video you think you see of this is fake or made
here on earth. The sun and the moon are roughly 3000 miles above the
earth. They are not hundreds of thousands or millions of miles away.

So one of the satellite balloons malfunctioned and they couldn't tether
it with a high-altitude collector. In order to prevent people from
asking the wrong kinds of questions about this satellite balloon, the
Pentagon cooked up the story of Chinese bungling. But the Chinese and
the Pentagon work together to keep you brainwashed and enslaved.

The people are not free. The people are enslaved by lies and fake
miracles of fake, military-run pseudo-science. All the top brass of the military-industrial complex are liars and deceivers. They hate you. They
hate real freedom. They work day and night to ensure you will always be
a federal slave and that no country can form a legitimate government to
openly challenge their lies.
