The word «horizon» actually mean «CIRCLE». A huge circle centred at your current location.
Take a Hula Hoop. Lay it horizontally on the back of two or three
chairs. Poke your head at it's centre. Raise your eyes so that they are
1/16 of an inch above it. Can you see the curve ? That's about
equivalent to seeing the horizon from the summit of Mount Everest.
It is constituted by the circle created by a sphere and a cone tangent
    to that sphere.
Horizontal is always LOCAL to the observer and is the imaginary plane perpendicular to the local vertical.
Vertical is the line from the observer to the centre of mass of the Earth. Remember that horizontal is NOT synonymous to flat and NOT synonymous to
level. A vertical wall absolutely CAN be flat. Level mean at a constant elevation relative to the mean sea level, and sea level is an oblate
    spheroid.
Remember that the Earth is HUGE ! But, you just can't scale.

The word «horizon» actually mean «CIRCLE». A huge circle centred at
    your current location.

You should have stuck to your Hitler and holocaust memes. This is even
    dumber.

Horizon means a straight line. it is the line formed where perspectives
of two apparent, non-parallel planes converge.

    horizon ~ noun uncommon
    1. the line at which the sky and Earth appear to meet

The only time horizon ever refers to something circular is the
cross-section of the great celestial sphere, not the local visual
horizon. You are confusing the great celestial circle with the sensible horizon. Dumb. Just dumb, like everything heliosexuals claim.

Take a Hula Hoop. Lay it horizontally on the back of two or three
chairs. Poke your head at it's centre. Raise your eyes so that they
are 1/16 of an inch above it. Can you see the curve ?

So you have a hula hoop and you did this experiment with it? Show me
the video of you with your hula hoop so I can believe you have a clue.

Were you wearing a pink bikini while you twerked your helio-hula hoop?

    That's about
equivalent to seeing the horizon from the summit of Mount Everest.

So did you stand on Mount Everest with your hula hoop to conduct this experiment? Show me the video of you on Mount Everest with your hula
hoop and pink panties so I can believe you have a clue.

It is constituted by the circle created by a sphere and a cone
    tangent to that sphere.

Horizontal is always LOCAL to the observer and is the imaginary plane perpendicular to the local vertical.

You just contradicted yourself. First you said 'horizon means circle'
then you say 'horizon means perpendicular line'.

Vertical is the line from the observer to the centre of mass of the
Earth. Remember that horizontal is NOT synonymous to flat and NOT
    synonymous to level.

Horizontal exactly means the apparent, flat line where earth and sky
meet. You're just making up dumb and contradictory stuff. Your state of
mind is demented because you worship Apollo, the god of NASA.

A vertical wall absolutely CAN be flat. Level
mean at a constant elevation relative to the mean sea level, and sea
    level is an oblate spheroid.

This is called circular reasoning. Please show me video of where you
personally observed and proved this, 'oblate spheroid' and explain your experiment proving your claim.

Remember that the Earth is HUGE ! But, you just can't scale.

Your penchant for regurgitating text book propaganda is huge. You have
never seen, observed, or tested any of the things you claimed above.

So according to you, 'Horizon means hula hoop.' That's cute. Put away
your hula hoop and get ready for nap time, preschooler.

Are you getting out the pom-poms to cheer for NASA? Twerk away.

Horizon means a straight line, not a circle. The circle is called,
'compass' or 'orbit' not, 'horizon'. You're delusional.
