Relative to the axis of rotation of something.
Look parallel to the axis of rotation. Does it rotate clockwise ? If
yes, you are looking at the North pole of that something, if
    counterclockwise, at it's South pole.
North, South, up, down, right, left, forward, backward are ALWAYS
relative to something, often, the observer.
Even a first grader can understand that. You can't. Your understanding
in not even at the preschooler level.

Yeap, so the (distant) locals will determine what the 'top' and 'bottom'
halves of their planet are called .... just like the French don't call
the top of The Earth the "North Pole' .... or the Italians or the
Spanish or the Germans or the Chinese or .... or .... or ....!!

Even a first grader can understand that. You can't. Your understanding

    Yeap!!

Thank you for sharing your great genius with us. I am humbled to be in the presence of a fruity heliosexual peg boy who can recite texbook propaganda. Just humbled.

understanding in not even at the preschooler level.

Your understanding has remained at the preschool level of globe
    brainwashing.

You have to be a preschooler to understand globular heliocentrism. Any
sane adult having never been brainwashed with it in childhood would
instantly recognize heliocentrism as utter insanity. That's why
mandatory education was established--to brainwash all the children.

That's why the indocrtination begins in preschool and continues
    relentlessly through University.

So your understanding has remained at the preschooler level, while some
of us have grown up and learned to see and think for ourselves.
