    No, they don't. Here is why :
    1) The bible is NOT the word of god, not even inspired by god.
    2) The bible was TOLD around by peoples with zero knowledge about the
    world farther that what they could see.
    3) The stories where transmitted through oral tradition for countless generations, changing with each retelling.
    4) Since it got put in writing, it sustained major and repeated
    alterations : Copying errors, deliberate changes by copyists, commanded
    changes from the superior of the copyist, changes dictated by one king
    or another or just plain editorial changes.
