    My second moon footage in the sky of Nagoya, Japan. I fixed the camera on the tripod, zoomed in and let the camera film the moon as it moved away...

    And you completely neglect the very well known and understood
    atmospheric turbulence that make everything in the sky fluctuate. That's primary school stuff.
    It's NOT water that make the Moon move like that. It's the uneven
    atmosphere between us and the Moon.
