Water always conforms to all the forces that act upon it. In the absence
of gravity, surface tension will cause it to assume a spherical shape.
Make a mass of water large enough, and it will generate it's own
gravity, gravity that will force it to assume the shape of a ball, a
ROUND shape, making it go NON-flat.
