Using my special abilities determination ability, I have determined
that The Supreme Leader of Iran has weatherworking special ability.
Though this ability is divinely granted, it has to be applied by
willing, not by prayer.
If he indeed has this ability it would probably have manifested
in extra-stable weather for Tehran over the last good while.
Is there any evidence of that?
Until recently the ability would have worked only when he was
in a certain region including his birthplace and only on that
region. However now special abilities should work whenever
the holder of the special ability is anywhere in the Earth Moon
system (not including below 13 km below the geoid or below
150 m below the solid surface of the moon), and, if the ability
operates on a someone or something that is not a someone
or a location, whenever that is in that region. (But of course
weather is restricted to the Earth’s atmosphere.)

ability should now work remotely on Israel, so
I request that as a gesture of goodwill that he

I failed again, and will try again beginning at 12:01 a.m. NDT
(0231 UTC/GMT) April 1, 2025 (April Fool’s Day/Lupus Alert Day)
and if I am successful some effects should be perceivable
within a few hours of that. One effect will be improved
sexual compatibility for most couples (a minority already
were optimally sexually compatible).

That attempt failed, and I am trying again tonight (the
night of May 2, International Harry Potter Day).
The stuff about the Earth Moon system, with some
minor variations, should now be correct. Note that
there were 39 original regions of 39 past ootws
(Openers of the Way, who I previously called
avatar types), who still had some stuff on, of
whom 23 were human and 16 were cetacean
(thus ocean and sea based, and up to 30 km inland).
