If I have been successful tonight, there has been an evolution of special abilities, such that some mental health problems may now be more manageable, and also everyone now has at least one special ability.
Also note that until recently there have been 43 regions covering the globe, and a special ability would work only when the holder of the special ability was in the region he or she was born in and would operate only in that region. But f I have been successful, a special ability should now work whenever the holder of the special ability is anywhere in the Earth Moon system (though not deep inside the Earth or Moon), and, if the ability operates on a someone or something that is not a someone or a location, whenever that is in that large region.
In is now about 0610 UTC March 30, 2025, and if I have not been successful I will try again in about 24 hours.

March 30, 37 minutes after sighting the early waxing crescent
for the first time this lunar month. I’ll follow up again when
the Earth Moon system stuff is supposedly correct and again
when the special abilities evolution stuff is supposedly correct.
Note that March 30 is World Bipolar Day.

In the next couple of hours I expect the sins adjustment,
which will involve at least deterrence, if not elimination,
