    Misleading statement above - Blood flowing through vessels can cause
    brain vessels to rhythmically dilate and constrict. Diastolic and
    systolic pressure changes cause this effect.

    I'd have to read that article, but where is this fluid "manufactured?"

    these researchers seem to be misrepresenting body wide events.
