I need to have sub categories or my Medicine books quickly fill up.

So recently at age 73, AP finally , finally learns the superior way of brushing teeth.

By superior, I mean, not spending much time in doing the brushing, and not harming the teeth, and have the teeth fill as fresh and clean as if I had them cleaned at the dentist clinic.

So here is what the prescription is.

And what I failed to know prior is the use of salt water rinse.

    1) Soft toothbrush required. Through the years I tried switching to non-nylon but found natural fibers never held up or I had a mouth full of fibers that came loose.

    2) Brush with toothpaste that does not have microplastics. Many brands include microplastics (dangerous substance) in their toothpaste.

    3) Prior to 2023, I usually spent 5 to 10 minutes in brushing, flossing, rinsing. Now I spend just 2 minute in full. Prior I used 2 brushes, now I use just 1.

    4) The key is the salt water rinse and brush.

    5) So brush with 1 brush then spit out and rinse. Now use floss. Now salt water rinse and use brush again as if the salt water were paste. Now rinse.

Whole operation is less than 2 minutes and my teeth fell as clean as if the clinic cleaned them.

I am not 100% certain of whether salt water is not harmful to teeth. One web site says it is harmful to enamel but has no science evidence for this __opinion__.

But I feel so much better in saving time in tooth brushing and my teeth feel so so clean, with less than 2 minutes.

While writing this book a curious question came up. If a person theoretically had no gluteous maximus, would he/she be able to walk or run??

The gluteus maximus is the single largest muscle in the human body.

Now chimps do not run on two legs and their gluteus maximus is much smaller than humans.

The reason I ask is that few people are aware of the function of the gluteus maximus in that of walking and running. We tend to think of running as leg muscles, and bypass the gluteus maximus.

And is there some correlation of the worlds fastest runners and their gluteus maximus.

So, I do not know if there ever was a historical case of a person without a gluteus maximus, by perhaps war, or accident or cancer removal. Or perhaps even some genetic mutation that is deplete of a gluteus maximus.

What I am inquiring into is the need, the necessity of a gluteus maximus to be able to walk or run.

Perhaps we can estimate how long humanity was able to run on two legs just by comparing the average size of human gluteus maximus to that of our ape relatives in Darwin Evolution.

Alright taking a Google search of "can you walk without a gluteus maximus" delivers these hits.
    --- quoting Google search ---
Your gluteal muscles have some important features:
essential for the stability of the hips when walking. Without them you would topple over to one side. Gluteus maximus supports the extended (straight) knee. It does this via the iliotibial tract (ITB).Aug 28, 2017

Without the gluteus medius muscle we would lack stance phase stability when standing, walking or running. Gluteal amnesia, sometimes referred to as dead butt syndrome, is a condition where the gluteal muscles become weakened or do not fire properly.

Much of 2023 up to August was diarrhea for me, soft stools that took a long time to clean up each trip to the bathroom.

So I wanted to make my stools harder, so that the cleanup is almost absent and a trip to the bathroom is quick and easy.

So I thought the culprit was raw oranges. Sometimes I eat 5,6,7 raw oranges per day.

I thought the solution was tea, drinking the actual leaves and all. And it seemed to have some success.

But lately I have had real big success in hard stools. So hard that sometimes it is painful.

And I think what is going on is that I am drinking lemonade, just pure water and lemons, no sugar or anything else. I am not drinking tea but lemonade.

So I think this lemon beverage is what is causing the hard stools.

But it will take some time to verify.

And in the meantime, also, need to see if science reports of lemons being a stool hardener.
