The Founding Fathers meant for the Constitution to be a continuous operation, not shutdowns.

Unfortunately US history has allowed for errant and criminal behavior to take place in government.

The President as chief executive is part to blame for not breaking up -- Dereliction-of-Duty along with Disorderly Conduct-- not passing bills on time. And in the era of the idiot Trump presidency this dereliction of duty and disorderly conduct has gone
way way too far.

You violate the Constitution outright with shutdowns caused by Dereliction of Duty and Disorderly Conduct.

Jim Jordan never should have left wrestling, for Congress persons should not be "tear this down tear that down" but rather --- builders of a more perfect Union.

So, well The President should step in and appoint Patrick McHenry as permanent Speaker until the baby minded Republican Party gets its act together. And Biden should throw in jail those that become hostile.

The US Supreme Court should drop everything they are doing at the moment and step in and aid Joe Biden as to make Government a continuous running active body, not with these peptic ulcer shutdowns caused by crazed people like Jim Jordan and a batch of
Republican renegades of law.

American people are sick and tired of Republicans holding all of America hostage to their sick and demented whims.

President Biden, please use your full executive powers-- given by the first sentence in Constitution-- In Order to form a More Perfect Union....

Announce today 21 Oct 2023 that the Speaker of the House is Patrick McHenry, no longer acting but full Speaker, until and unless the House itself decides upon a Speaker.

So that by 22Oct2023, we have a war Budget Bill to aid Ukraine and Israel and signed by you into law on 22Oct2023.

Ever since 1980s, we have had a string of Republicans shutting down the process of government-- which is counter to the US Constitution. For the Constitution is a document of a Continuous Active Flow of Government.

Ask the USA Supreme Court for further guidelines as to your Executive Powers if the Republican party continues to wreck havoc and ruin to the process of a continuous flow of government. Such as throwing some House members in jail for their Dereliction of
Duty and Disorderly Conduct. Under Trump, the House had become excessive in Anti-Government activities, shutting-down government, furlough of wages, and many nasty deeds.

As for Jim Jordan trying you for impeachment, Jordan needs some time behind bars to sort his head out, for there is no evidence of impeachable crimes. And Jordan is just wasting the time of everyone in the House. I suspect that Jordan had a concussion in
some of his wrestling matches in Ohio and is unable to think straight or think clearly anymore.

Please, Joe Biden, be a strong rational US President, with the aid of Attorney General Garland, today, via Executive Order of your office as President announce that Patrick McHenry is the true Speaker of the House, not just acting. That the Speaker needs
to be a continuous flow in time and cannot be interrupted and shut down.

Then by Monday, 23Oct2023, announce that 60 billion dollars in aid to Ukraine is on its way.

American people are Practical, Hard Working and Pragmatic, and sick and tired of the dereliction of duty and disorderly conduct of Republicans with their perpetual baby games of shutdown.

The Founding Fathers are rolling in their graves after seeing what clown, hypocrisy, invidious crazy and lunatic antics are going on in the House of Representatives. A shutdown is No Government, No Constitution.

Joe, start Appointing the Speaker-- perhaps Hakeem Jeffries rather than Mr. Patrick McHenry.

The House should never be shut down, and if it is, it is the fault of a weak President and weak Supreme Court.
