Fastest & easiest way to ban assault rifles-- Congress-persons on trial whenever a mass shooting takes place// political science

    by Archimedes Plutonium

Preface: The Lewiston, Maine assault rifle massacre touched off a nerve in me, for me to step up and to solve this problem, once and for always. For with all these massacres with assault rifles, it is only a matter of time before almost everyone in the
USA is in that situation of having to be terrorized in a public space. No longer is it feasible for any American to say to themselves -- it will never happen here, or happen to me. At this rate, every State and every town will have to cope with a assault
rifle massacre. Only in America, do we have the primal idiocy of arming citizens in public spaces with weapons of war. This must stop, as the statistics show there are, at present in the United States 2 mass shootings on average, each and every day. And
what is bewildering is where is the Congress in all of this mass carnage? Is the Congress itself with the aid of National Rifle Association, NRA the main cause of mass death across the United States. That the Congress is inept and dullard in passing a
Ban on Assault rifles + ammo. So I dedicate this book to solving that problem and turn the tide back to where the US Constitution in its first sentence of the Preamble of that great document speaks of "insure the domestic Tranquility". Losing your school
children to a assault rifle is anything but domestic tranquility.

Cover Picture: Is my iphone photograph of a Google search of some assault rifles, and notice especially the smallest weapon in that photo being a pistol size. At the rate the NRA is going, everyone will be armed with weapons of war, just to drive into
town to get a loaf of bread or spend time at the public park.

Why is Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky not in prison, after the several Kentucky mass murders with assault rifles involved?

The Louisville Kentucky bank mass shooting of 2023 with assault rifle.

The 2022 mass shooting in Allen, Kentucky 3 police officers and a dog were slain and 4 other police officers injured. News says the perpetrator used a rifle, whether a assault rifle is not fully known. Perhaps Senator Rand Paul is trying to keep that
    information a secret.

Rand Paul senator of Kentucky should be in civil and criminal court for his voting NO on banning assault rifles.

I read an appalling document on the Internet saying that Senator Paul was not invited to the NRA convention in Florida, for his opinions and actions on guns was deemed "far too radical to even the NRA" such as being able to have "concealed assault rifles
    in general public spaces".

My opinion is that Mr. Paul should face civil and criminal courts over the mass shootings in Kentucky as aiding abetting and assisting in criminals obtaining weapons of war that slaughters vast portions of our society. Most heinously the Police force who
we depend on every day to put their lives on the line to keep us safe. While Mr. Paul is working in the opposite direction of making every American unsafe.

It is the opinion of AP, that Rand Paul should serve 10 years in prison for the deaths of 3 police officers and wounded 4 others. Another 10 years for the deaths in the Kentucky bank massacre. And a civil court take Mr. Paul's assets and distribute that
money to the victims. But that is my opinion.

Now I know that former president Don Trump has many many court cases in front of him, 4 at last count, but please check my figures, as almost every day Trump is charged with another crime.

And what I want to communicate in this message, relevant to this book, is that if and provided Donald Trump does not serve prison time for those cases, that a new charge be added on top of the existing charges. The charge of Aiding, Abetting, and
Assisting in mass murder of general public and civilians, especially school kids and police officers during the tenure of Mr. Trump as president.

A statistician can draw up the data sheet of the mass murders that occurred during Trump's term in office. Such as the Las Vegas mass murder of a assault rifle perched high in a hotel room raining bullets down on a concert crowd below. Or the Parkland
Florida High School mass shooting during Trump's term, and how ugly it would have been to go to that school and make a speech. What would Don have said "sorry I did not ban assault rifles and their ammo". Has Don Trump ever apologized for anything?

For throughout Don's term in office he praised, and glorified the NRA, National Rifle Association. Making all sorts of stupid excuses such as "guns do not kill, it is people that kill". Or his stupid comments of "harden the schools, rather than ban
assault rifles." The praise and glory Don gave to the NRA only makes stronger the feelings of hatred by crazies with assault rifles to carry out their acts of violence.

So why did not the families of all the victims in mass murders that occurred during Don Trump's watch as President, why not charge Don as aiding. abetting, assisting in mass murder. Send Trump to both civil and criminal court.

Should the NRA, National Rifle Association be Classified as a Terrorist Group?

Here the problem is that a group of people go way way far out on a limb, a limb of craziness by enshrining a Amendment, the 2nd Amendment -- the right of the people to keep and bear Arms.

But, and here is the rubb. The US Constitution prioritizes life over death and destruction.

The first line of the Constitution, in the Preamble says --- Insure domestic Tranquility.

That first line takes far far greater priority and well defines the 2nd Amendment to be limited in scope.

Can you have domestic tranquility when public spaces in America have people running around with assault rifles? No, no, no.

The first line INSURE DOMESTIC TRANQUILITY defines what weapons civilians in American society can keep and bear Arms.

There is no domestic tranquility when public spaces are full of gun toting weapons of war.

A person with a normal pistol or normal rifle even a shotgun has little chance of survival when faced with a person with an assault rifle.

And this is why I ask the question-- is the NRA a terrorist organization for American society is no longer safe.

So the broad history of where America goes from a pretty society to one of being unsafe and slaughtered in a mass shooting because a organization of NRA finances Congress persons campaign elections is a ugly story to be told.

The blame is all around in a vicious circle. The President is too weak in understanding that the Preamble of the Constitution places limits on arms that can be kept and bear in the 2nd Amendment. The Preamble says "Insure the Domestic Tranquility" limits
the 2nd Amendment "the right to keep and bear arms". For assault rifles are anti-Tranquility.

And so the President of the USA, could have anytime in the past 73 years issued an Executive Order outlining how Congress persons will be held accountable for Aiding & Abetting & Assisting Perpetrators of Mass Shootings using assault rifles, and put
those Congress persons through civil and criminal courts every time a mass shooting occurs in their state, because they voted NO on banning assault rifles.

This has been a blemish on our Democracy for 73 years, where the President only vaguely understands the US Constitution and even the Supreme Court Justices, our wild bunch today, who recently ruled that New York City could not regulate assault rifles.
Our Justices silly and dumb about the Preamble-- Insure Domestic Tranquility--

And I, AP, would hazard to guess that only the women justices on the Supreme Court have the Preamble memorized, but none of the men Justices have committed the Preamble to 100% memorized, that in a spot quiz, they fail.

So, what I am trying to say is that most of our government wrongs, today, is a lack of logical reasoning that the Constitution forbids government shutdowns-- a new one looming in several days now. And the constitution gives the President and executive
branch the power to throw into court any Congress person that votes NO on banning assault rifles.

All the President need do is issue a Executive Order that puts any Congressperson whether State or Federal into a civil or criminal court should a mass shooting using assault rifle occur in his/her state.

Watch how fast you get an "unanimous YES vote by every Congress person". Even they begging to bring the bill up for vote 7:00 AM on Monday morning.

Which brings me to the other confusion by Congress, this nasty government shutdowns caused by rogue Republicans, when not in power they continue to shutdown government.

Here again, does Congress know what the Preamble says about shutdown-- in the first sentence it says ( and this is why I require Supreme Court Justices, the men, to memorize the Preamble for then they can for the first time in their life actually use the
Constitution in their decision making. The first sentence says "In Order to Form a More Perfect Union".

Now I realize most people of today lived through the Midgley Era of full scale air pollution with lead in gasoline and mercury in the air from coal burning electric plants, that even if they memorized the Preamble would have a tough go of it in
connecting up with government shutdowns. Their brains full of lead, and mercury and no prayer of thinking straight and clear. But if you ponder the question a few minutes, you can understand that there is No Order, No forming a Perfect Union, if the
    government is shutdown.

So here again, the presidents of the past 73 years have been weaklings, vassal cowards hiding in the White House watching I Love Lucy. When they should have been writing a Executive Order outlining that if Congress does not have a Budget Bill on time a
week before the deadline, that the President arrests and hand cuffs, mug shot of those Congress persons that are Derelict of Duty and Disorderly Conduct. They can kick the can down the road, but they cannot shut down the government.
