    A. There is no ether.
    B. There is no ether wind.
    C. Therefore, there is no time dilation.

Then, no experiments can demonstrate time dilation.

Except that time dilation is easily measurable.

    A lie, as expected from relativistic trash;
and anyone can check GPS, time dilation
exists only in your gedanken delusions.

Einsteins goal was to protect 'the speed of light'.

So he invented products like ether and time dilation
    to keep it constant.

Your question includes an assumption. Why do you assume that there
is an relartivist that does not understand all of that?

    A. There is no ether.

In a non-existence there is not much to understand.
    But is there any quedje?

    B. There is no ether wind.

    That is obvious from A.

    C. Therefore, there is no time dilation.

That C does not follow from A and B is easily understood although
the required understanding is about logic and not relativity.

In other words, Albert Einstien try to build a WALL around 'his'
    constant 'speed of light' theory
by adding invisible products he invented to protect his constant 'speed
    of light' theory from
outsiders trying to break down the wall.

All these products are all connected to 'his' constant 'speed of light'
    theory.

Behind 'time dilation' is one thing, and one thing only..'his' constant
    'speed of light' theory.

    You hit a wall.

    A wall He put-up.

You break down the wall, then ...

another invisibles products Eistein came up with is a ....vacumn, there
is no such thing as a "vacuum"!

There does not exist 'a space entirely devoid of matter'.
