    Your question includes an assumption. Why do you assume that there
    is an relartivist that does not understand all of that?

    A. There is no ether.

    In a non-existence there is not much to understand.
    But is there any quedje?

    B. There is no ether wind.

    That is obvious from A.

    C. Therefore, there is no time dilation.

    That C does not follow from A and B is easily understood although
    the required understanding is about logic and not relativity.

    constant 'speed of light' theory
    by adding invisible products he invented to protect his constant 'speed
    of light' theory from
    outsiders trying to break down the wall.
