    The scenerio I describe is not based on some
    miltary secrecy juggling, its a commerical scenario,
    End of 2025 Silicon Valley will be the next Detroit.

    A ghost city, with Intel, etc.. having shut their
    doors for ever. They already loosing market share,
    in the DUV sector. USA will finally reach its

    ultimate goal of all people being Potato farmers.
