• Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court

After the war crimes and crimes against humanity like
Cambodian Killing Fields, Rwandan and Srebrenica massacre, the
International community made an attempt to end the atrocities or
    hold the responsible accountable:

In might seem unfair to cite this to a country who had been
invaded by an act of aggression, but I bring this in good faith
as of the experience of countries who have defended themselves
from aggression but whose generals were brought to
the International Hague Tribunal Court because of the war
crimes that were internationally confirmed, but perhaps not
ordered or commanded, on basis of "commanding responsibility"
that should have prevented acts of vengeance and personal
    vendetta.

The admittance of the Rome Statute was a requirement
for international recognition by the UN and entrance to the
    European Union membership.

in the name of the LORD God Merciful, Almighty
    Amen
