  • What is self-interest?

    Self -interest is whatever benefits you above all else.
    Before Sigmund Freud wrote the Interpretation of Dreams, the holy prophets knew that what they said was frequently not in their best self interest.
    Many leaders kings or prime ministers only want to hear what they themselves wan to hear, not always what is ir may not be in the best interest of the country. It's human nature.
    One day the king knew that one of the Hebrew captives which resulted when Hebrews behaved like pagans and thus lost the respect given to "the people of the book" as they were known, the king asked him to intertpret a
    nightmare he had. The kid interpreted the nightmare in terms of all the kings neighboring kingdoms on his border, and worse got it right. That's because he was a Jew boy and he had the interest of the Jews involved. That's called self interest. When I
    was a kid, store owners use to say "the customer is always right". Then they got the corporation and worse the conglomeration of several corporations, then they didn't care what the customer thought about his store. Like the Enron corporation a
    corporation "too big to fail" because it was crooked from the start.
    Like Big Pharma, if a drug kills 12 different ways it needs more research and development. Now, they advertise that very same drug as the commercial break at ABC CBS and NBC NEWS. And the prophet is a PAID LOBBYIST FOR BIG PHARMA.

    So how did we get Fentanyl. By not stating CLEARLY that it is or should be by LAW required to be prescribed by a LICENSED PHYSICIAN.
