Alan Colmes wrote a book titled ...ah ah I've been staring at the book but now can't find it. Sean Hannity's , liberal side-kick, wrote it. Before passing away. -from frustration.

But another book I 've yet to read . Probably will, after writing this, is Ann Coulter's TREASON. "Liberal Treachery", the title explains, "from the cold war to the war on terrorism".
I think I understand what the author Alan Colmes was trying to express in his book. That a respect for diverse opinions no longer exists. Like the Congress spending all their time attacking each other's perspective
makes for a two party Congress which never got Congressional approval. It developed - human nature being what it is. Divide and Conquer. Since most people think alike, until they start discussing politics.
President Abraham Lincoln was a moral man. Slavery was immoral. Biblical slavery was for seven years. Then the person was free. And could leave If They Wanted To. Owning a man instead of Paying him was, after seven
    years, NOT Biblical.
The slaves in REBELLION were OWNED by men who, like the US Supreme Court, didn't know what the Bible had to do with anything. They found out.
Allan's dumb book title was not meant to be taken literally. The way the sects in ancient Israel always took Christ literally to insure they never understood anything he had to say. If that's comedy. "You're
welcome to it": an expression the comedienne Stephanie Miller frequently used. Alan married a Christian. He was Jewish.
When I was at the University of New Hamshire in 1965 or 66 a student said he was liberal meaning you have a right to your opinion as in " I may not agree with what you say, but I'll fight to the death your right
to say it." That's what Allan meant by being liberal.
