Dmitry Medvedev, the Deputy Chairman of Russia's Security
Council, suggested on Monday that the Kremlin could fire
a hypersonic missile at the International Criminal Court
(ICC) after the organization issued an arrest warrant for
Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"I’m afraid, gentlemen, everyone is answerable to God and
missiles," Medvedev, a staunch Putin loyalist who was also
Russia's president from 2008 to 2012, wrote in a message
on Telegram, according to Russian state media outlet Tass.

Well THAT'LL solve it all !
Medvedev has (officially) held Putin's office before.
He MIGHT be at least the fill-in guy if Putin was
arrested. Theoretically it'd be in his interests if
Putin WAS grabbed and whisked-away.
But he sure as hell isn't talking like it would be.
I've never heard anyone suggest blowing-up the Hague
and ICC before. That's pretty harsh. Russia COULD do
it of course - no nukes required - a sneaky 7000mph
missile could be there before anybody could react - but
it WOULD cause a spiral to the final nukewar .....
