    150 dollars to pay a fine so that extended family or racial members of a family won't intimidate the court. Or, I was told by the animal control officer in an Agricultural and University town I can stand before the City Council, and explain the abuse of
    the law, which they are already aware of, which causes the judge to assume he's brilliant since a policeman's only job is MAINTAINING THE PEACE.. But who wants to do right when we assume these people these antisemites have gotten everything they want
    through these organizations.
