    US Navy says "Fuck Off !" to requests to salvage
    Titanic sub bits and pieces. Ain't remotely worth
    the expense/danger.

    Looks like the sub passengers - including the CEO -
    become permanent fixtures ...LATEST victims of
    the Titanic.

    Besides, doubtful there's much more than a fingertip
    or toe left intact. That water would have come in
    like a giant steel ram.

    The sub was of defective, and cheap-ass, design.
    James Cameron, sort of an expert here, had
    WARNED people to avoid it. Recent passengers had
    complained of "cracking sounds". This was the
    carbon/epoxy hull delaminating - extreme failure
    was imminent. Hey, the carbon is strong, but
    the epoxy holding it together is just PLASTIC.
    Idiocy.
