    I think Chuckie is keen to create an "alien threat"
    he can use to dissipate everyone's civil rights in
    order to meet "The Emergency".

    Basically, Chuckie doesn't endorse ANYTHING that
    won't increase his power and profile.

    The chuckster is an empty suit who has been grifting off of his position for years.

    He will most likely blame the UFO phenomena on climate change and somehow make Trump responsible.
