    I don't believe there is one American lawyer in a hundred who ever had any intention of fullfilling his "military obligation"
    AT ANY TIME while registering for the military draft UNDER PAIN OF FEDERAL LAW. Maybe they should read the riot act. Instead of going for the enchilada and the Rico Act.
    As far as I understand it has always been illegal to enter a country undocumented, and empty your overcrowded prison system by allowing a political party to dump UNDOCUMENTED inmates at the American Border.
