People who won notably less a few years ago actually
got more VALUE.
ANYhow ... buy ONE ticket. If you don't play you
CAN'T win. If you buy 10,000 tickets you almost
totally surely WON'T win. So, buying just ONE
boosts yer chances from NOTHING to "something"
even if it ain't much of a "something". One
ticket is the magic gateway, and only two bucks :-)
The escalating instances of super-high lottery
jackpots does beg some questions about whether
they're rigging things. Super-payoffs attract
people, attract money, much higher profits much
more often to the operators. Some spies should
be infiltrated ....
Almost EVERYBODY picks the "immediate payoff"
option - ie HALF the ticket value. The 10-20
year options for the FULL value ... those under
40 really should consider that. It'd still be
a REALLY big yearly income. Older winners, yea,
better get what you can get faster.
