for "welfare".
Since the mid 60s, "welfare" became a way to BUY-OFF
"blacks" and a few other pesky groups. It turns them
into vote-slaves. Support the left OR THE MONEY GETS
CUT OFF !!!

There IS a place for "welfare", but it needs to be
a truly egalitarian system ... concerned only with
income and income-earning ability.
