Um ... DECIDEDLY "PhotoShopped" - by a MORON.
Bits missing, and look at Louis's "legs" - one
seems to be a barefoot woman's leg and the other
is mostly disappeared but the color of his pants
changes halfway down.
I know Charlie wants to cut back on Royal expenses,
but GEEZ !!! Seen better "editing" from 6-year-olds.
Or ... just maybe ... an intentional joke ? :-)
