Baby Boomers with empty nests own TWICE as many large homes
as millennial families, study finds
Boomers facing a bad real estate market are holding on to
their family homes, making it harder for millennials to
buy bigger residences for their kids
. . .
Strategically, they SHOULD hold on to those nice homes
for now. The markets recently have been a huge MESS and
they could not even "trade down" and make money.
The better ideal these days, for middle-aged+ people,
is probably a "generous 2+2" ... slightly less square
feet with an emphasis on larger BRs/Kitchen/Baths.
Younger "family" people need more BRs ... 3 or 4
depending ... and can skimp a little on the rest.
Shit, my kiddie home had one 8x10 bathroom - a
tight squeeze and lots of "Are you DONE yet ???" :-)
However, while un-stylish, it worked. Fortunately
it was the 'countryside' and the males at least
could just go outside and piss on a tree .....
Note that the "family people" are generally NOT
gonna be Euro-Derived 'white' people anymore in
the USA, but 'hispanics'. The euro-derivs are
writing themselves out of the gene pool by their
own hands. They don't think they need 12 kids,
and kids ARE a pain, so they won't HAVE them ...
maybe NONE. Same story across the 1st world.
Weird ... "success" = extinction.
Note 'boomers' - re-elect the 'Woke' and they
will scheme against you, FORCE you to surrender
your properties to the 'immigrants'. The words
are written on the subway walls at this point.
Act cautiously.
