Note that 2028 is kind of a long time. This suggests that
they as-yet have no manufacturing facilities, maybe not
even a working prototype. There's also little to distinguish
it from functionally-similar offerings from Tesla or even
new Chinese makers except the Apple name.

Note the article says this will NOT try to have a self-driving
system. There have been big, expensive, problems with those
in real-world use. The situation-eval AIs aren't nearly
intelligent enough. This will surely doom Musk's self-drive
Super-eSemi Truck as well. I'm surprised there aren't
national BANS of "self-driving" systems already. It's a
tech that still needs to cook for maybe another 10 years
at least.
