Well, first off, if Mom had a pro-jock at the bat, hey,
good for her.

Now as for Mom's DRUNK DRIVING - that's another thing.
She did it, she killed kids because of it, so throw
the book at her. Wealth does not buy young lives
(unless you're a Kennedy).
