So much for "The Good Son" ... but this is typical
these days. Parents are hateful towards their kids,
who in turn are hateful towards them - and so it
passes down the generations. Rather a LONG way past
"The Waltons" eh ? NOT good.

Strong family ties had always been a valuable feature
of American existence. Your own little "country" you
could support and be supported by - cut down on the
need for 'welfare' and govt meddling considerably.

While further 'left' and 'right' played their role in
this mess, I think one of the prime players were the
REAL-ESTATE and TAX people. They always pushed the idea
that everybody had to have their own expensive crackerbox
where Mom/Dad could not tell you how to live - and, on
the flip, so Mom/Dad would not be "bothered" by their
offspring. Big BIG $$$ in that paradigm !

"The Villages" is a *huge* basically over-65 community
in central Florida. It has the dubious rep of having
    the highest incidence of sexually-transmitted
infections in the state. Lots of swingin' Gramps
and Grannys there. Try NOT to visualize ... uh-oh,
too late, you did ! :-)

    Oh ... a .17 HornyDay cartridge ??? That's a very
    odd one fer sure.
