The actors are all young thin "with it" people.

But apparently YOU are supposed to consume mass
quantities of starchy/greasy food - and I mean
MASS endless quantities every day forever.

And they wonder why half the country seems to
weigh in at about 300 lbs and has an A1C
near the octane rating for their SUV fuel.

Chips, pastas, bagged pretzels - and don't
forget the hot dip ! Tater stuff, bread-
    based stuff, super-coated chicken and
beef stuff, candies, cookies, 99% sugar
drinks and BEER ... lots and lots of BEER.

Um ... try a can of tuna instead folks, a
few slices of turkey, water instead of
soda, ONE hot dog instead of TEN, no box
    of Bon-Bons after ........ ? Peel off
those 11 herbs and spices - it's still good.
Try a few little slices of cheese.

Human appetite was forged in the Bad Old Days
where you spent half your time chasing rabbits
through the weeds and the rest running from the
    bears and sabre-tooths. Medical anthropologists
have found THOSE people were healthier by far
than today's people - and lived about as long
despite poor meds. When 'farming' - grain
and such diets - emerged things went all
to shit. Sure, you could support MORE people
but then you HAD to because they dropped
dead from old age and worse in their mid 30s.

BAN the "junk food" ? Hell NO - free country,
people deserve to choose. However try try try
to choose WISELY and not let the TV make up
    your mind.
