NBC reporter Kristen Welker appeared stunned when asked
at the Republican National Convention why the network
downplayed the gunshots at a Trump rally as simply
    'popping noises.'

The network has been facing backlash since its breaking
news story and posts about the shooting in Pennsylvania
said the former president was rushed off the stage
    'after popping noises' were heard.

Its New York-affiliated station even seemed to describe
the gunfire as 'loud crackling noises.'

But Welker stood doe-eyed when Turning Point USA reporter
Savanah Hernandez confronted her about the editorial
    decision on Monday night.

She then proceeded to walk away with her crew in tow
    as she dodged Hernandez's questions.

    . . .

    "Popping noises" ???

It was a full-out gunfight. That was instantly
    obvious.

There was a dead guy in the stands, who died while
throwing himself on his family for protection.
There were others badly hurt. The Candidate was
also hurt - saved only by an instant of turning
    his head.

That sleazy shit Stephanopoulos then immediately
tried to blame TRUMP for the debacle even though
the Wokies/MSM had spent YEARS painting Trump as
an ultra-fascist anti-Christ who HAD to be stopped
    by any means.

NBC used to BE something ... hell, I'm old enough
to remember Huntley & Brinkley, the Definitive
Word ... but NOW ... just wow ... how far the mighty
have fallen into The Pit. Block them on your TV so
you won't be further contaminated by the murderous hate.
