    Then how about putting up hidden
    cameras in order to capture the people doing this,

    Then using tech we could track there tires and or match there prints,
    in order to ID them.

    Finally force them to pay via debt, the amount that was used to clean
    the area, and or do
    any investigation.

    Isn't there a drop dox for ideas for this sorta thing? What a simple solution.


    Yep - except all those steps require time/energy/MONEY
    from a defunded legal system.

    How about we RE-fund them and THEN we can move on to
    your proposed solutions ?

    Oh yea ... gotta bust 'black' and 'hispanic' taggers
    as well - no racial slack in The System anymore. How
    to persuade the left coast of THAT ?
