I fit 6 of the 7 ... my schools had me booked as some
kind of retard until grade 5, then they put me into
the coveted "gifted underachiever" category :-)
Had a happy career at a couple of places where my
jack-of-all-trades sci-tech-comp skills were needed
and, sorry TV pundits, never wanted to massacre anybody.
In any case, the smarter fraction are often NOT like
'regular Joes' in their behaviors - more "nerds" and
"geeks". I've seen some of these common attributes of
smartness framed as a sort of mental illness now and
again - latest "hoarding" (item #4) or even as proof
of being dangerous (introversion, item #6).
Fortunately I never had item #1, talking out loud
to myself like 'Doc Brown' :-)
