. . .
Well, I can't stand ANYTHING in that veggie group ...
including squash - taste HORRIBLE to me. Genetic
probably.
In any case, over the past year, it's been hard to
find much of anything that wasn't "enhanced" with
"pumpkin-spice" flavor. This new trend = happiness
so far as I'm concerned :-)
So long as 'mushroom' flavors don't replace it ...
Long back in school classes, the science teachers
would pass around little strips of paper dipped
in various, usually veggie, chems. You then had
to fill out a form about what you could, or could
not, taste and whether it seemed good or bad.
The sheer diversity of responses was kinda surprising ...
showed that 'sensory experience/reality' was NOT
something universal or constant. Your physical
perceptions of 'reality' can indeed be quite
different from that of others. Likely extends
to perceptions of light and color, sounds and
music, physical touch, smells.
So, what IS "reality" ? :-)
The Buddha and Plato wondered the same ...
Well, let's say human 'reality' is a bit
on the 'soft' side. No wonder we have so
much trouble getting along :-)
