To repeat our statement made of 27 MAY 2024, that our view is "The
subsequent demand as REFUSAL OF SERVICES is clearly a determined action
which might be adversely viewed as an abrogation of any intention towards

MANAGEMENT PLANS are so superficial as to be insubstantial) in any manner whatsoever which could only effectively be established by a commitment

subject to a WILFUL OMISSION such as the example of incoherent and

which is otherwise so routine] for an outcome to DISCUSSION BY PRACTICE PARTNERS involving REFUSAL OF SERVICE which was facilitated by any means possible. Such that the TEAM CARE ARRANGEMENTS (TCAs) and GP MANAGEMENT
PLANS are not resolutely directed towards PATIENT FOCUSED CARE AS AUXILIARY
TO SPECIALIST DOCTOR NECESSITY but rather only PRO FORMA statements which
were prepared in advance of an INTENTIONED REFUSAL OF SERVICE action. The superficial and insubstantial nature of TCAs and GP MANAGEMENT PLANS raises questions of wilfully OBSTRUCTING PATIENT CARE as to whether some OTHER
LOCAL MEDICAL PRACTICE might have undertaken that process with a greater integrity as fruitful outcomes. Such question also raises viable concerns about the organisational ethos defrauding MEDICARE.

It is our intention on that basis to seek a legal recourse following a determined action of REFUSAL OF SERVICE being predicated by a RACIAL
SLANDER consequential to a disposition of ANZAC HERITAGE (IRISH CATHOLIC REPUBLICANISM) JINGOIST CAUSE ("HIJACKING THE WORLD WAR ONE CENTENNIAL / EVASION OF PARADIGM EQUIVALENCE TO GERMAN NAZISM") as prejudice which is
