Now, if the Lord indeed frees us, why is there so much control and manipulation in the religions themselves?

The answer is that God is not unaware of mind control, psychotechnology, world surveillance in every place with all-seeing cameras linked to a central hub ("the technical All-Seeing Eye"). God is not unaware of MK-ULTRA and military grade psychiatry that uses mass psychological control on entire regions, putting
them in chaos.

But the main root of control is fear: both the fear of the controlled from hurt and death, and the fear of the controller to lose control - for a narcissist person
or a person with the complex of god, losing control is the premonition of Death,
as they imagine they can control the spacetime around them and achieve immortality.

There is also a hunger for domination, with absolute domination over life,
sex drive and privacy of the observed gives aphrodisiac effect on the controlling
person.

There is a parasitic effect in the abuser where he feeds on the energy of the hurt person - authority will also punish every resistance, even in thought, to the abuser, momentarily appearing when the victim resisted or fought back.

“Where will this happen, Lord?” the disciples asked. Jesus replied,
“Just as the gathering of vultures shows there is a carcass nearby,
so these signs indicate that the end is near.”

Fear of the abused is more understandable from the point of the Scriptures:

While the god of this world and his children will do everything to bring us into
sin and especially mortal sin, and then greater sin (unless we are already sworn
his), the Death ruled from Adam to Moses because there was no Law - though Job was saved by his righteousness, this had too great of a toll on him.

By obeying the Ten Commandments, and the basic instructions against sexually moral
behaviour, inbreeding and innocent blood, one could now achieve ethernal life, through the resurrection of the righteous on the Last Day.

Martha believed this firmly when speaking to Jesus at the Lazar's tomb (John 11:24).

But the Biblical Israel, despite Assyrian captivity and Babylonian captivity, did
not return from apostasy, and serving and sacrificing to demonic idols of fertility
and associated male (Baal Zebub) and female (Astoreth) sanctified prostitution, and the idol of human child sacrifice (Moloch).

Stephen the first martyr was actually stoned when in Holy Spirit declared
that already in the desert Israel sacrificed to the "tabernacle of Moloch"
and the "star of god Remphan".

Eventually, the star of god Remphan (associated with Saturn) was a five-pointed or six-pointed star. Saturn, in fact his Greek equivalent Chronus, was largely known for eating his own children, until one of his sons, young Zeus, survived somehow and tricked Cronus to vomit his siblings.

Despite Steven praying for this not being accounted as sin to his execution mob,
they laid down their outer garments by the feet of young Saul (later known as Paul). Now, the author of Acts said that Saul was a witness, meaning this was considered a legal act of execution (but no trial, two witnesses were sufficient).

Apparently, God Creator might have allowed this because of the way we fed Moloch
with forty to seventy-five unborn children every year, making him next to Archangel,
with up to two to more than four billion unborn lives sacrificed as a wart would be removed.

The other recipient of human sacrifice could be the Archangel of Science and Technology.

The idea of freedom of the Guardians are several trials per hour and a short "lease for existence", with duration for at most a couple of hours, recording and programming dreams, profaning the dream interpretation of Joseph and Daniel as something achievable with technology.

God allows this for His own purpose, because unless we deny Satan the Devil, and all here described demons - and plethora of others - the eternal damnation could be much than this temporary suffering - in the elements of Heaven and earth
preserved for fiery trial.

2 Peter 3:7
But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

Just like people were bullying Noah and his sons for hundred years, even the good
people did not believe his warning until the Flood came, but the gates of the Noah's
Ark were already sealed by the arm of God.

So this generation continues to pursue lusts, sexual predation and gathering of mass wealth on money they do not have that drives them into debt slavery in the almost once a month nuclear holocaust simulations and war games with real hardware.

P.S.

Even in these situations, there were great sinners or children born from incest who
eventually became saints or some of the best bishops of Rome. This is possible through the grace of God and the sacrifice for sin of Jesus Christ on Calvary.

For this security in Christ, we must first deny and renounce Satan and his evil deeds.
(There were records of 33rd degree freemasons repenting to faith in Christ, but I
haven't had such a manifestation of the grace of God in this ministry.)
