Hello Moshe Genuth. Your speech was quite exciting. If it is ok with you,
I made some notes with comments ? I stop at you changing the prophet
Samuel, who was against a King rather than wanted this himself. Why did
you change the Tanach ? 0:55:17 _Samuel was displeased that they said
“Give us a king to govern us.” Samuel prayed to the LORD,_ 1 Samuel
8:6. How can you do this ? Do you wish to correct yourself ? I suggest
doing so. You cannot change what the prophets have said. The King was
given by Hashem, who said that they had left Him as their King, which
is rather a strong statement. Israel had left their God as King. This
is what we read in the prophets. I do not read that Samuel thought about
the tribes being too separate, so he wanted more unity and decided upon
a King, that this was his problem and vision.
- It is not possible to see each person: that seems to be completely
true. If you took 40 years and saw every individual for 5 minutes, 8
hours a day, you would be lucky to reach 1 million people. By the way,
Moshe Rabbeinu of course faced the same problem, and we know what he
was told to do (appointing Judges).
- You elaborate about how we must have a vision of the Redemption which
is not an elevator pitch, but whole books, 200 pages, etc. I agree
with you (and did just that). The core document is about 650 pages
(I tried to be concise yet precise). I agree with you wholeheartedly,
and while I also agree that the Redemption is made up of the individual
will to be good people (if I may formulate it like that), and it is
nice you used an example of the father turning to the son (precisely
like the Prophets have said needs to happen, or Israel will have to be destroyed, if I recall), at the same time: isn't this an elevator pitch
? A good elevator pitch at least, but an elevator pitch none the less,
and it reminds me of Isaiah saying: _We all went astray like sheep,
Each of us going our own way;_ 53:6.
You mentioned that the Rebbe said he could not write one book to suit
everyone, however the Torah is one book, suitable for everyone. Perhaps
the Rebbe could not or would not do it, and ok Moshe did it in 5 books
you could say, but it still fits in one book (I have one here). One book,
good for all people, containing law and morality. All personal visions
can happen within that framework. This is also how my book works, by the
way. The general vision of the Redemption comes true for everyone, the particular wish for a Commune by the Communists they can realize within it
in a family and a business on free land, the wish of the Anarchist comes
true on their individual land, the wish of the Capitalist also comes true
in their house and business, the wish of the employee who wants to be
that comes true in the same business, and so on. Within this framework,
all the other good wishes are fitting, but the bad wishes do not fit,
they destroy it.
- Critical mass will just ignite. Sorry, no, I don't see it happen and it
will not. You have to have a plan, you have to have a vision and a plan
which encompasses everyone, gives everyone a place they want and can deal
with and the tools to realistically get it sorted (except people with
criminal and evil wishes, such as domination and fraud, violence). The
Torah is such a plan, but you broke it. I also made such a plan, but you rejected it at this point. Which is fine, do as you please, so long as
you don't blame me for those consequences. I am just here working on my
vision, and I don't like tarrying on it. ;-)
The world is rather going worse and worse, rather than better. Just to
have people make a moral choice in their life, is not enough by a long
shot to liberate the Nation and have a Nation all at peace and justice. It takes organization, laws, methods. Torah is such a system. You could say
(and I do believe that), that what I wrote for you is also a form of
a Torah, a Torah from the logical mind (not from the gut, as you put
it). You say nobody has the super power to change the whole world, and
I disagree with you completely: _everyone_ has the power to change the
whole world, by writing a book like the Torah. Everyone can do it, and
those who cannot write could dictate it ! It might not be as good as the
Torah, but work on it long enough and we might get close, and that could
be worth a lot in a world as messed up as ours, especially if targeting
Nations who know only little in the way of truth, justice and peace (I
guess). I mean, detracting from the Torah could be bad. Everyone has the
power ! Why don't people use that power ?! Jews even have a second power,
a great power: just do the Torah ! Why do you not ?
You say we are all different, but I think we are also all similar,
if not the same, and we can unite for peace & justice.
Well, that's it. It came out a bit wrong maybe, make of it what you
will. I propose this to you, as a form of a Redemption, as a Torah I
made up if you will. You are right that it isn't easy, it took me about
15 years and a lot of pain. It is true that if you start doing this, it
just keeps going and going. I see I already am over the max of the comment space again ? I started writing and thinking today of the problem that
Chabad doesn't have a Rebbe, and by the time I was done writing I was 5241 words into it. It's well past the elevator pitch at this time. Nations
are not that easy. If you like the program, you can go for it, but you
will have to repent from the prozbul probably, or it will be difficult to
get past that problem. You have to start admitting you ruined your own
Nation back in the day with Hillel the Elder. Truth is truth you know,
sorry. Once you beat that hurdle the Redemption could have started ! (I
know this sounds crazy, I'm not in good form it seems, sorry. lol)
