title: One Jew is Outsmarting Missionaries at Their Own Game: Rabbi Tovia Singer

Well, Rambam is guilty over the _heter iska_ so now the tables are
turned. Do you dare to come back to the Torah ? Do you dare to page up
the laws of the Torah ? You are a smart man, so I will try to write an
argument for you. Oy Jews ... you have underestimated your Torah.
Hillel the Elder: guilty over the prosbul. It is such a vile document,
the prosbul, that there is no need to discuss it. The only point I shall
make here is: Rambam did not oppose the prosbul. I think that is already unforgivable, well ... I mean, after that he may still be an ok Jew if he repents, but a teacher of Torah ? An authority ?!?! Fine I will swallow
my disgust for a moment and deal with this fraud again: the rich people
are supposed to lend to the poor, and if they do not they are breaking
the Torah already, and that means punishment until they comply. For a
poor person it can be a disaster if they have to repay a loan. It is a
fraud that Hillel "made the world better" by removing the 7th year debt cancellation, so that the rich would lend again. They failed to punish
the rich, or even chase them out of the country if necessary, and that
was the mistake. As usual, a Nation becomes corrupt through the rich,
it becomes a Plutocracy. It happened to Rome, it is happening to the USA
(which is now a Tyranny, thanks to the treatment of Julian Assange,
it is a regime of terror and fear, it has started). It is absolutely
crystal clear that loans are to be cancelled in the 7th year, and that
it is _not allowed_ to withhold your hand of help for the poor even
shortly before the 7th year cancellation. A court verdict is not a
loan. The courts became part of organized crime, because it is a crime
under the Torah to not cancel the loan to a poor Jewish brother/sister
(I mean, fellow Jew), and it is organized, and so it is organized crime,
sorry. The Beit Din became organized crime under Hillel the Elder. You
know what happened not long after. The Romans came to take the Temple
down. That was not a coincidence, was it ? (Incidentally, they also
fixed a sun reflector on the inner building called the Lamp of Helena,
but that is another story - or is it ?).
On to this Rambam character now. He is guilty over a similar device
called the _heter iska._ The _heter iska_ (Hebrew for "good investment")
is a whole dance of hoolahoop, which boils down to: you may invest money
in a business, and extract profit out of this _loan._ It doesn't matter
it's not called a loan. It doesn't matter it is not called interest. It
doesn't matter you need three witnesses or whatever it was. It doesn't
matter if you need a Beit Din, it doesn't matter if you need a Rabbi,
it doesn't matter if the amount of profit is limited, it doesn't matter
that you may only invest half the Capital of a business (or whatever
it was). It boils down to: put your money with someone else, and get
it back plus more. It is called increase, it is called interest, and
it is _forbidden_ in the Torah. Is Rambam a prophet, is he better than
Moshe Rabbeinu ? No ! Is Rambam the messiah, that he can perhaps make a
"new Covenant" ? No ! This is the plutocracy, hollowing you out from
the inside. The rich do not want to loose their money to the poor ! It
is the same in all countries. They want to lend, and get it back plus
more. Organized crime has many vices, and I have studied them for a while (youtube documentaries mainly, there are so many it is endless). They are
an absolutely brutal and backstabbing people, and one of their enterprises
is what ? Loan sharking. Lending money on interest. The prophets decry the crimes of Israel on this matter. While the Prophets have said at times,
they do not care anymore for your parties and your holidays (except the Shabbos, as far as I know), they have cried about the loss of the Jubilee,
and how Israel was making phony documents to rob the poor of their rights,
to prey on the children (IIRC).
We live in a time supposedly of logic and argument, which I personally
like more than anything. We shall apply logic to the matter, however
let's first deal with the Torah by its own rules, which we can _also_
think about logically. The Torah is an unchangeable law. You can read it,
"it is not in heaven", a Prophet who goes against it is automatically disproven, disqualified, even if his predictions come true. The King shall study the Torah, keep it with him. I even heard the King shall fight
in war with a Torah scroll around his arm (not sure if it is true, but
ok). A Judge may _apply_ the Torah as law in a case, he shall interpret
the law to fit a case. We may argue about the Torah, to understand it,
but even if we do not, it is still law. This means that if there is an
argument about a loan, that you could argue the problem: Is this person actually Jewish ? Has the 7th year actually arrived ? Has he dragged
his feet when the loan was due _before_ the 7th year, in such a manner
as to exploit the 7th year debt cancellation, even though his means and
ease of life made it more than possible to meet the demand (meaning,
he was not poor, he was not in need) ? These are matters you could argue
about, because these are the faculties of the law. What you could _not_
argue about, what you can _not_ add as an argument in such a court case:
"It makes the world better if the rich can demand their loans back,
any time and always, because then they will lend more readily." Who made
that up, what is the source, is it in the Torah, is it at least in the
Tanach ? No ! This is a phony Greek logic argument, false Torah and also
it is not logic ! It does not hold up to logic whatsoever. Even under
the laws of logic, I mean secular logic of economics, cause and effect, politics or whatever: it is nonsense. The poor people is not helped this
way, and the rich just grow out of control even more, which is another
good effect of the law of debt cancellation and not asking increase
or interest on a loan. What is a loan anyway ? For the creditor is is apparently ? Money in excess ! Help your brother with it, do you have
a heart ? Are you a monster ?
Oh my God, it is so aggravating. For more than 2 Millenia you keep
these lies going, how dare you. Where is your fear for the truth, for
your conscience, indeed: for your God, for heaven, for how you will
look back unto yourselves. Then there is the crying out of the poor,
their claims are right, the law is on their side. Anyway ... _heter
iska_ is unacceptable, and the _prosbul_ is unacceptable. This is why
you are in exile, and you will probably remain in exile until you stop
lying. If it is true what I heard the Rabbi Tovia Singer say that the Redemption will come when Israel repents, when the remnant repents,
then I can only think that it at least has to include these lies. Those
for whom the Redemption will dawn, if they need to return to the Torah
in order to deserve it, this can not be left unanswered. They have to
nullify the loans to the poor in the 7th year, and they have to forego
the increase on all the loans.
I forgot this argument: the problem with the _heter iska_ is also, that
it siphons money away from the pool of being in excess. It puts it in a
closet of sorts, which is where it is loaned out (called by fake words
I won't bother to repeat). That means it is no longer available for that
which the Torah has set it aside for, which includes: charity and loans
to the poor, as well as just living if you want. If you have a large sum
of money, and you put much of it with some business, it is taken away
as a pool of money from which you should have given loans to the poor,
allowed those loans to be nullified if that turned out to be how they
ended up. You stole that money from HKB'H, he had a purpose set for that
money, and you stole it. Sorry but that's how the Torah goes. This is
stealing the forbidden fruit, all over again.
You can play games all you want Israel, you can lie about the law
all you want, but you are not heaven, you do not control the sea, you
do not control the world. Heaven has punished you, according to your
crimes. It is still going on. You can claim all you want you are right,
it won't get you out of exile. See, think: you support your Plutocracy,
and they ruin you. It is all greed. You broke the law, for them. It is corruption on the inside. If you get taken out of exile, but you do not
get your corruption out of yourselves, the rich will again hollow you
out and destroy you. You may live there, but live under a Plutocracy,
which then becomes a criminal Tyranny, because that is how it works. You
cannot be taken out of exile, because you create the exile yourselves,
wherever you are. You have to stop creating the corruption first, and
only then does it make sense to get you out of exile.

P.S. I was seriously thinking that this is also a bar of intelligence.
Whatever you may think of my proposal to you all (the entire world,
see signature), a minimum of a social attitude and brains is needed
to make it work well. If you lack the honesty and intelligence to
see that the 'prosbul' and 'heter iska' are frauds and need to be
fought if Torah is of any interest (and now I am thinking of the
religious under the Jewish), then seriously: what can work ?!
How can anyone trust anything to people who say that the Torah is
the greatest law and it is certainly your law, because you are Jewish
(I am not even Jewish, I only want you to give the example so we can
get our economy in order because my people understand very little
and need your example) you are literally sworn to it, and this is
not about anything difficult like death penalties or cutting parts
off of your body, and you flat out go with these completely phony
lies like the prosbul and heter iska. They *both* fail in terms of
logic *and* in terms of Torah, and all it is about is some MONEY
! Just a bunch of money ! It doesn't even say how much, and I don't
even complain about how much: I complain about the principle of law,
about the lies about the law itself, even regardless of how it is
followed or not. That you at least admit that it is your law.
I just don't get it. Is it cowardice ? It can't be greed, you do
too much charity for that. Did you loose your minds ? I guess so,
because that is what the prophets say. Israel is destroyed, for lack
of knowledge. Return to your Torah, heaven doesn't want to destroy
you, but you have to give the example. The world is a mad house,
and like it or not: you are it. You are the best, you have to give
the example there is no time left anymore. The bombs are too big,
the criminals are too insane, all the knowledge is getting abused
for evil. You have to do something, and basically all you need to
do is your Torah. Your Torah ! I have a complete Revolution set up,
and all I do is call on you to do *your Torah*. That should tell
you something also.
You can of course also do my system to the degree it doesn't
conflict, but anything other: I literally don't know. I don't even
dare to go against the Torah, but you keep books as your best, who
flat out go against the Torah, and you think that is just fine. You
think heaven doesn't notice what is going on ? oy oy oy ...
The knives of war aren't even being sharpened anymore, no they are
laying well sharp in their sheaths, lightly oiled to be taken out on
a moment's notice; I mean the rockets are fueled, the military plans
have been thought out and thought through once more. Who knows what
these maniacs will do next, from whatever side they come. In this
mess you cannot afford to be lying about your Torah, if you put any
stock in heaven. You must give heaven an excuse to come save you,
you have to be good jews, you have to be good jews.
Why are you so brainless, I do not comprehend it. It is aggravating,
but also because I can already see all the dead and dying Jews in
the future, if you keep going like this. I'm not angry in the sense
that I want you to just do something weird, but it is like a bunch
of fools who go out partying on a ship that is leaking, and despite
me warning and warning again, a hundred times over, they refuse to
look and set out to sea to their doom, to their deaths. I cry out to
them: think, return, what's wrong with you, don't kill yourselves,
have you lost your minds, with you many others will die as their
ships are leaking too but if you inspect yours, they will inspect
theirs, if you repair yours, they will learn to repair theirs.
We could all live happy ever after.
When the great dying of the next wars is over, writing like this
might make more sense that it does now, I suppose; but sorry in any
case if it didn't rub you the right way. At least you can look back
after the dying, and see that someone tried to save you, save your
lives, but you really need to save yourselves, nobody else can live
your lives for you.
Hence yes, I agree, it makes sense: the Jewish people first need to
admit that the prosbul and the heter iska are lies and frauds who
have done potentially unmeasurable damage to Israel, they need to
repent from the lying, and if they are secular than it doesn't make
a whole lot of difference because the Plutocracy will enslave both
the secular and the religious no problem. The secular also needs a
functioning economy, and if the secular wants to be logical, then
by all means do it, and you should realize the Plutocracy, the
greedy super rich, are a major danger to a Nation. If you cannot
get past this hurdle, then it could well mean that the Redemption
is not for you. You might be too dumb for it. You might be too
heartless for it. You might be too dishonest for it. You might not
be brave enough for it. I don't know, take your pick for why you
want to fail. Law is law, and truth is truth. I try to submit to
the truth, for the sake of Justice and Peace, and that is all. I
don't try to talk from my neck or whatever, I try to conform to the
truth, because that is all that matters. If you cannot do the same,
then you do perhaps not belong in the Redemption, because of the
corruption and crime you create and allow to exist around you.
Now you know what it means to play nice with what everyone wants,
and "everyone" includes bad people. Maybe it is still all this
original mistake of allowing this fabled 'mixed multitude' to be
part of Israel, this 'Erev Rav' problem, and just in the same way
Hillel the Elder tried to play nice with all the factions he was
facing, and one of them where the Plutocrats, the greedy rich, the
loan sharking gangs. You cannot play nice with bad people. Being
good to bad people, is being bad to good people.
Put that into your ears please: Being good to bad people, is being
bad to good people.
I don't know how to make it nicer, because truth is truth, ships
sink when they have holes, and if you stand in the rain you get
wet. Such is the way of reality. If you give criminals power, they
will enslave you and kill you when they have no need for you
anymore. The kindness will not be returned, no, they will not even
honor you for it, but know you are a fool to be taken advantage
off. They know what they are doing, they know you should have
resisted them. They aren't the fools, they made their choice for
evil, you are the fool for allowing them. Give love to a criminal
and their criminality, they will laugh at you for being a joke.
It is their job to punish you, so you learn. It is their right of
sorts, to take advantage of you. They are here to be destroyed and
repressed by good people, so we become better, and that's it. If
they want to be good, they too will have to fight against the bad,
or they are not good.
If you cannot deal with it, then seriously I don't know. Do you
want to become a house pet ? A plant behind a window pane ? What
are you ? We so happen to be humans, and we can act and we have a
job to do, and one of those jobs is to destroy evil, so that good
people can live. If you want to build a house, do you just throw a
bunch of stuff in a pile and call it done ? Any way it goes is fine ?
No, of course not. If you are making soup, do you open a plastic
bag and put your pans and your herbs, the water the meat the flour
the chees and whatever else, all together and then you shake it and
overturn the bag and there you go: soup for everyone ? No, you have
to do it the right way. You separate from the vegetables what can
be eaten, and you put the soup in the pan to be cooked. You have to
go through certain steps to get a result. It is the same with an
economy, it is the same with a Nation. If you build a ship, do you
just throw a bunch of materials on the shore, and the next day it
became a ship ? Do you just attach random beams to other beams,
completely without thinking, and it becomes a ship ? If you cut
someone their hair, do you do it with eyes closed and just randomly
hack away, and it will look good ? If you hunt an animal, do you go
to a convenient spot to sit, load an arrow in your bow and shoot at
random for a while, and then you have meat ? If you make a bow and
an arrow, do you do it by just saying it and it will fall from the
ceiling ? No, in all these cases you do what you have to do. It
takes work, it takes effort, it takes some brains, it takes some
discipline. But your economy, the ownership of your lands, it will
just happy go lucky fall into place, without you doing a thing ?
Your criminals and greedy people, just give them soup and they will
be nice from now on ? Everybody happy, it was too easy ? Yes, too
easy indeed.
You have to meet the requirenments. You have to do what you have to
do to make it work. Criminals need dealing with, poor people need
help (in general at least), land must be distributed, and nobody
should become super over the top rich and start controlling
everyone like their servants, especially not if they can buy up all
the land. Soup has different requirenmntes than making a bow,
making a ship is not the same as hunting an animal, and setting up
a National economy has its own requirenments and things you have to
get right, or it just won't be right. You are not God that you can
make up these requirenments on the go. The world is what it is.
A ship its hull must be water tight, but above deck you can have
holes. I don't know why reality is what it is, but being what it
is, it has certain requirenments for certain results. It is not
going to work if you say: oh but that ship is really nice and
pretty, okay it has some holes but it also has a good color, so
let's just sail out and have some fun on the sea.
(Lol, cat here sitting on my arm ... oh now it goes ;-).
I'm sorry it is this way, I can't help it, but you have to do what
you have to do, or it will just be nothing and you are going to get
killed or be enslaved, understand it or not, like it or not. It
doesn't matter if you think Hillel the Elder was a nice guy, it
just doesn't matter. It doesn't matter if you though Rambam was
nice, for all I know he was the nicest person ever. It does not
matter. If the nicest person ever made a ship and it has holes in
it: will you go out into the sea on it, of course not.
You damaged your Torah, and you should not have done that. Your
Moshe Rabbeinu, he sure was no fool, for whatever reason his
economic laws are pretty good. I don't know why you don't have a
good State system, but alas at least you have an economy that can
work, then at least do that. Personally, I despise Monarchy, I
loath dictatorship. We'll see what happens. Everything looks
difficult. Humanity is not doing well and far off from what I would
think is good, and that at a time when the bombs are crazy bad, and
worse to come. Maybe you at least can give an economic example, and
we still need someone else to deal with the State problem, because
you have apparently proven to be unruly and unwilling to just let
your God be your King. The Native Indians of America did a lot
better here, they are a wise bunch certainly some of them, maybe
they can help.
Hai hai hai, over such a simple thing they keep lying, how is this
ever going to be anything, this Israel and this Redemption, this
future for humanity - in any way for that matter, by any Nation.
What do you think should happen ?
