In the burned out and bombed out cities of Europe at the end of WWII,
it took some effort but nearly all the people were able to maintain
their general hygiene. Of course the jews weren't normal and continued
to live like pigs.:

as possible. They have no conception of sanitation, hygiene or decency
and are, as you know, the same sub-human types that we saw in the
internment camps."
